CSI specializes in telephone drop installation, repair and maintenance.  From Alabama throughout the Carolinas, we are committed to taking care of our clients' new installs and repairs.  By utilizing web based internet ticket technology we are able to receive and clear all work orders electronically.  Each drop crew is equipped with a wireless lap top.  The daily work orders are downloaded in the field and cleared in real time.  Our clients can go online at anytime to check the progress of a specific job or the daily activity.  We also offer a full range of Telecom services which include:
